- orders received by 3 p.m. Monday to Friday leave our warehouse on the same day.
- orders placed on working days after 3 p.m. and orders placed on Sundays and public holidays leave our warehouse the next working day.
- if you are ordering from a country outside the EU, please note that additional import duties, clearance costs and local sales tax may apply to your order. you usually have to pay these additional costs to your shipping service provider in order to approve your order. you will receive an invoice from us for a VAT-free export delivery.
- you can track the status of your order both via our logistics (you will receive update emails) and via DHL using the shipment number.

returns
- you can return your vintvinkl-jeans at any time within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. we are sorry that the vintvinkl- jeans will not be your future companion after trying them on.
- if you intend to send back your vintvinkl-jeans please send us an email to service@vintvinkl.com.
we will provide to you a digital returns-label via our online-returnsportal. - you have to return the vintvinkl-jeans unworn in the condition in which you received them – including all labels. clean – neither worn nor washed nor with odours. we will check the returned vintvinkl-jeans.
- please use the original packing for the return. shipping within Germany can be returned for free via DHL if you return the entire order. if you send the package to us with a different label than the one provided via our online-returnsportal, you do so at your own risk. for returns from outside of Germany, you bear the return costs.
- as soon as we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the corresponding amount. the refund will be made using the same payment method that you originally used.
- for technical reasons it is not possible to exchange vintvinkl-jeans. please order a new vintvinkl-jeans.
