we buy back every worn and lived-in vintvinkl-jeans (= pre-loved) from you as soon as you buy a new piece. regardless of the look and condition of the old jeans.

as soon as an adequate selection of lived-in vintvinkl-jeans is available, you can purchase any pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans here.

how does this work?

do you need a new size, a new model or new gestalten and don’t have anyone who can continue to wear your pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans?

send them to us!

we accept your old vintvinkl-jeans when you buy a new piece. you will receive a credit-note of € 7.50 if you keep the new vintvinkl-jeans. we value your life and thus the condition of the vintvinkl-jeans the way you lived your life.
we are also interested in what you have experienced with the vintvinkl-jeans. if you want to share it with us, you will also receive a credit-note of each
- € 2.50 for photo/sketch and
- € 2.50 for story input (description of what you experienced where)

the pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans have created their own lived-in vintvinkl-jeans look with their experiences, traces of life and stories over time. we want to pass on this vintvinkl-jeans look and these vintvinkl-life memories.

we make sure that every vintvinkl-jeans lives on and is used further. this is our expression of respect and responsibility for our unique product.

procedure pre-loved process:

I) buy your new vintvinkl-jeans in our online shop and note with one click at the check-out that you would like to transfer an old pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans to us. this click is your offer to sell your old lived-in vintvinkl-jeans.

II) straight away we accept your offer. send the lived-in vintvinkl-jeans (only the original!) – together with the pre-loved document I that you receive with your order confirmation email – to the following address (please make sure that your lived-in vintvinkl-jeans are sent via a traceable way to us):

III) share your “live your life” experience together with your pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans – if you want – with us and our community: photo/sketch and/or story. this is about you and what you have experienced! if you do not want to share what you have experienced and only want to sell the lived-in vintvinkl-jeans: no problem!

You have two options to share your experiences with us:

A) fill out this online form via the following link:

B) use the pre-loved document II that you received with the order confirmation email and that you send back to us with your old pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans. fill out and sign it and enclose it as a hard copy in the package with a photo/sketch and/or story of your old vintvinkl-jeans.

we encourage creative photographing, sketching and/or writing:

we want to hear about your experiences in the vintvinkl-jeans.
we want to accompany you in the pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans in a photo, a sketch and/or a story to your favourite places in the world.
very important: please note in advance that
- the picture/sketch does not contain any features that can be assigned to a specific person (without facial recognition).
- no specific person is recognizable or identifiable from the text of the story.
we only have one condition for you: the vintvinkl-jeans must be recognizable/visible.

your input (photo/sketch, story) will be treated in strict compliance with your privacy and personal sphere and published anonymously. they do not allow any undesired conclusions to be drawn about your person or identity.

we may use and/or publish your input according to our values and beliefs. we reserve the right to reject individual texts and/or photos/sketches. no matter how we decide – you will always receive your credit-note.

IV) send us your old vintvinkl-jeans, photo/sketch and/or story directly, at the latest within four weeks after you have ordered your new vintvinkl-jeans.

as soon as the vintvinkl-jeans with pre-loved document arrives with us (with or without photo/sketch, story) and you have not exercised your right of withdrawal for the new vintvinkl-jeans, you will receive your credit-note via payment. the credit-note will be made using the same payment method that you had previously used for the new vintvinkl-jeans and within four weeks of the purchase of the new vintvinkl-jeans.

the buying back of your old jeans and the promised credit-note are subject to the condition that your purchase of the new vintvinkl-jeans is not revoked. if you make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal for your new vintvinkl-jeans, our contract for the old vintvinkl-jeans will expire and we will not issue a credit-note.

if you have already sent us your old vintvinkl-jeans and contrary to expectations, you do not buy new vintvinkl-jeans in our online-shop, you can donate your old vintvinkl-jeans to us or ask us to send you your old pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans back.

V) via our pre-loved shop, our webpage, analogue advertising material and social media channels, we will anonymously share your experiences with our community for marketing purposes and offer the pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans for sale in our pre-loved online-shop. as soon as the pictures show faces, we will pixelate them with our vintvinkl logo.

every private and personal sphere is very important to us.

we decide what to use of what is received and communicated. we (maDesign) are free to choose the location, content, duration and scope of the marketing (electronic or non-electronic).

to do this, we need the exclusive right to use your input (vintvinkl-jeans, photo/sketch, story), which is unlimited in terms of time, location and content, which you grant us when you submit them.
