no matter how you decide:

  • you will receive the credit-note for the old pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans as soon as you buy a new pair of vintvinkl-jeans, send the old vintvinkl-jeans back to us together with this signed form: ‘declaration of consent I’ (old, lived-in pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans) and keep the new vintvinkl-jeans.
  • you will receive the credit-note for your experiences (photo/sketch and/or story) as soon as you buy a new pair of vintvinkl-jeans, send the old vintvinkl-jeans back to us together with this signed form: ‘declaration of consent I’ (old, lived-in pre-loved vintvinkl-jeans) and keep the new vintvinkl-jeans.
  • you can share your experiences with us either here via this online-form (with signed online-declaration of consent II – ‘photo/sketch and/or story’) or via this form: print manually and fill out/sign.

    • if faces come to us visibly, we will pixelate them with the vintvinkl-logo. every private and personal sphere is very important to us and is preserved here.

    your credit-note will be made using the same payment method that you had previously used for the new vintvinkl-jeans and within four weeks of the purchase of the new vintvinkl-jeans.

    your input (photo/sketch and/or story) will be treated here in strict compliance with your private and personal sphere and published anonymously. they do not allow any undesired conclusions to be drawn about your person. we may use and/or publish your input according to our values and beliefs. we reserve the right to reject individual texts, photos/sketches regardless of the credit-note. you will get your financial recognition, regardless of the extent of our use.

    you, maDesign can decide what to use of my written and sent input. the place, content, duration and scope of use/marketing (electronic or non-electronic) is up to you (maDesign). I grant you the exclusive right of use, unlimited in time, place and content.
